  • Suitable for entry-level positions, traineeships, or junior sales/marketing roles.
  • Here, it’s important to look at motivation, learning ability, and potential.

Yes → Proceed to determine the direction based on experience and interests.

Step 2: In which direction does the candidate’s experience or ambition lie?

1. Business → Business Manager

  • Someone with broad business insight, often focused on growth, strategy, and customer relationships.
  • Responsible for managing a department or region.
  • Combines commercial and organizational skills.
  • Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, entrepreneurship.


2. Sales → Sales Rep. (Hunter) / Account Manager (Farmer)
